On a Casio calculator you can select string commands

		PRGM		▷		▷		STR
SHIFT		VARS		F6		F6		F1

You can use the commands any time in the RUN·MAT or PRGM mode. Be sure to select SET UP Input/Output Line. The commands are not possible when SET UP Input/Output Math is selected.
